It was sadly not as good as I had hoped but it was okay for a first ep.
I liked the eyecathes and the 2nd half was much better than the first.
Also, I loved the opening song and the ending song was good too.
I'll still keep watching it. :)
Also, apparently Funi effed up the dub already.

ReplyDeleteBTW as someone who's seen both the English and Japanese subbed versions, I can tell you they are both equally worthless.
ReplyDeleteI also watched both versions, go figure. The dub tried too hard to be pop-culture relevant and kinda fell flat with it. Neither version really made me laugh (though I chuckled a couple of times). The enemies were mostly what I'm interested in now. Out of the 3 mains, I'm torn between whether I like QT or Meow more. To be fair Dandy was growing on me bit near the very end.
